INCENTIVE POLICY

Objective
The
objective of Incentive Policy is to increase overall productivity by motivating
the workers/supervisors to achieve at least the base targets and even surpass
the same. The base targets have been fixed for each product keeping in view the
international bench marks as well as average productivity of the work force.
Fixation of Base
Targets
Base
targets have been fixed based on the Operation Bulletins prepared by the I.E.
Department.
Base
targets will be increased for the products/styles that will run for more than three months, @ 50 pcs every 3
months, subject to total 2 revisions.
Base
targets for Sewing Section are given in `Annexure 1’ to this policy and the
same are subject to periodical revision
by the Management in consultation with the I.E. and Operations Team.
Incentive

operator/QC and helper level, incentive

Operators/QC
and Helpers will get the weight age of 1 unit while Supervisors will have
weight age of 2 units and Lines In-charge 3 units.
Other Conditions
Ø To be eligible for
Production Incentive, 1st two hours of production should be minimum 80% of the hourly target. If the line
not hit 80% in 1st two
hours, the line will get Tk 5/- less than normal rate.
Ø The maximum time
allowed for start-up will be 7 days. For easy styles, start-up days will be
lower and be announced by the Management before the 1st input
date. No incentive will be applicable
during the start-up period.
If any line does not hit base target within
7 working days from the date of 1st output, that line will not
qualify for incentive through out for that particular style/order.
Ø Incentive will be
given on the first day of hitting target of any slab out of 4. But from next
day onwards if the line misses the target on any day and hits the target on
following day, it will not be eligible for any incentive (i.e. if any line hits the target on 10th day, the line
will get incentive for 10th day, then if the line misses the
target on the 11th day and
hits on 12th day, that particular line will not get incentive for
the 12th day).
